connecting sky freesat box to dish!?

Ok i have full sky package downstairs that replaced my free sat box. Now, i want to put the spare free sat box upstairs. When the sky people came they replaced the thing on the dish to hold 4 so that isn't a problem.

My question is what wire do i need to run from the dish to the box and where to get it? This maybe simple but i am getting a little confused due to contradicting opinions on the web.

You don't connect your dish to the freesat...it's NOT necessary to run it that way, unless you have an OLD TV set with only ONE RF connection....

If you have dual RF inputs and both boxes can operate in the LO VHF channels, you set both to channels 3 or 4 and just use the ANT switch on your remote control....

Otherwise on the 1 input setup, you have to connect the RFout of the Skybox to the RF in on the Freesat, THEN always keep the Freesat box turned on all the way...and output both boxes to the TV set as the same output channel like 3 or 4.

Of course you COULD have a real nightmare on your hands there and READING the instructions is always best....or getting an expert.

## Autumnwatch

The Autumnwatch webcams are back! We have live action from the Bewick's swan
lake at the Slimbridge Reserve.

The Autumnwatch team have chosen the swans because they meet their three
criteria: concentration (can remote pan-and-tilt cameras capture the action?),
spectacle (does the subject matter look great?) and character (can you follow
individuals' stories?).

Family groups jostle for position in the pecking order (C)James Lees / WWT

The swans spend most of their day in an area not much bigger than a football
pitch. Thanks to 40 years of research by the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust, a
great deal is known about the returning swans.

Some of the families are long established dynasties and have been coming back
to the lake in the Rushy Pen for an amazing 50 years. What's more, it's
possible to identify each individual swan by the pattern of yellow and black
on its bill.

There are 90 swans at Slimbridge at the moment but that number should swell to
close to 300 by the time the Red Button webcams finish on 27 November.

Also on Red Button, we have a seasonal selection of photos. The images are
chosen by the web team ...
