Tips For Going All Out For Muscle Gain
You must go hard core if you want to build hard core muscle. That's the secret. You're fluffy stuff just won't do in this case. What I'm getting at is that you've got to get into some serious weight lifting routines. When you're putting on muscle like this, you probably won't lose 20 pounds.
What I mean is, you can't be a whimp doing cable-exercises and still get hard core muscles. If you want huge tricep mass, you're going to have to skip the press-downs and start doing some serious military-style pressing.
You'll have to do plenty of back squatting, leg presses, and dead lifts too, so don't stop with the military presses if you really want to be hard core. For ultimate musclebuilding you will need to move lots of weights. You don't need large numbers of repetitions and cable machines won't do the trick. Going radical is what it's going to take.
Isolation movements aren't going to work, not if you do them daily. You've got to remeber your fundamental techniques and stick with them. Shortcuts won't help.
You see, pumping your muscles isn't going to facilitate muscle growth, so you will have to focus in on some heavy lifting. That's the only way to make your muscles grow. You have to leave out the things that aren't very productive. You have to understand that the way pumping floods those muscles with blood isn't going to do anything in terms of actual size. You're going to have to put in some basic heavy-duty work with weights to get what you want. I'm not sure if hard core muscle builders belong in the weight loss forum.
The cycle you train with is important too. You must work hard, and then give enough time to allow your muscles to recover and then you need to start over again. I've trained with some serious muscle builders, and - let me tell you - they have high intensity sessions that are way more difficult than anyone really wants to do, but you have to make yourself meet the hard core challenge. Another thing, when building hard core muscle, don't worry about rapid weight loss.

Premium headphones for your iPhone
The market for accessory headphones has never been more competitive. Thanks to
the fact that phone manufacturers usually put the cheapest headphones they can
find in the box, upgrading your device's headphones is top of the list when it
comes to improving audio performance.
The iPhone is served by just about every manufacturer out there and the B&W C5
headphones sit towards the top-end of that list in terms of pricing. But with
that, you get headphones from one of the biggest names in hi-fi speakers, a
brand that certainly brings some weight with it.?
### Design
And weight isn't just limited to the name. The C5 headphones are chunky in
their design, larger than most typical in-ear headphones. The physical weight
isn't actually a problem thanks to the good fit and a design quirk that's
intended to keep them firmly in your ears.
We've seen over ear cable arrangements, we've seen ear fins, but B&W has gone
for something it is simply calling the "secure loop". This is adjustable to a
degree so you can enlarge to add extra security in your ear. In reality, we
don't really like the feeling ...
