The Way The Criminal Process Works For DUI In California
It could be a foolhardy project to try to navigate the criminal process for DUI in California if you do not use a Sacramento DUI lawyer. DUI or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is a serious charge that reflects, from the eyes of the court, your lack of regard for the welfare of people surrounding you. Felony or Misdemeanor DUI

Generally, if a defendant is arrested for DUI, she or he is held for approximately 8 hours before being released without bond, and this is referred to as released on recognizance, or ROR. Bond is your guarantee that you're going to be present for the arraignment, and ranges from a few hundred dollars to some thousand or maybe more, which depends on how severe the crimes are you have committed. Bond does not always have to be cash. Sometimes the courts will allow you or the ones you love post a property bond instead of cash, a mix of cash and property, or a surety bond, which is someone else's word that they can pay for your bond if you fail to appear in court. If you do not appear in court, whether you've posted bond or not, the judge may well issue a warrant for your arrest for FTA, or failure to appear. Should you be unable to post your own bond, you may need to speak to a bondsman, who will post your bond for a percentage of the quantity of the bond.
Arraignment
The first time that you are required to show up in court following your arrest for DUI is called your arraignment. It is during the arraignment that you will be formerly arraigned on the charges and asked to enter a plea of guilty, not guilty, or no contest. The Pre-Trial Conference, the Trial, and the Sentencing

Yes , I put my motorized FTA system up in January 2006 and still enjoy it today , it is not for everyone
Depending on your taste of TV channels , if you speak more than 1 language , or really like watching old TV shows and news feeds.
I know you get ONN Ohio News Network , a sh*t load of PBS channels , a bunch of affiliates from around the U.S. and that also means you'll get some great sports from different TV markets , some great movies most people don't know about .
It's nothing like dish network , don't get your hopes up , it's more like adding channels to what you get locally and some of it is pretty cool , especially if you live out in the country and didn't get much TV in the 1st place.
It doesn't have to be very expensive , it takes some homework like reading on how to install yourself , I think you can put a nice FTA setup for $300 and up , hell I think I can put one together for about $ 200 , by shopping around.
When I feel like watching TV , I watch TV from Cuba , Italy ( I understand a little ) , U.S. , but there are hundreds of channels , you channel surf see if something catches your eye and pass the time.
