Exactly Why You Must Make Use Of Paper Cups
Insulated Paper Cups are eco-friendly, and are not bad for the ozone layer. Restaurants and coffee shops use paper cups to serve coffee and other beverages. They are convenient to use and easy to dispose of. However, one drawback is that paper cups do not offer high insulation. This means that customers' hands are exposed to the blistering heat of the liquid inside when they hold the cup. There are some layering techniques coffee shops use to improve the insulation properties of a paper cup. Styrofoam is also unsafe to drink from when heated, because chemicals from the foam can leech into the drink. No one wants to be drinking chemicals with their coffee. Lots of companies go with styrofoam instead of insulated paper cups because they are a little cheaper. It's better to do your part to take care of the planet and keep insulated paper cups around instead of Styrofoam cups.
Paper cups come in sizes from the tiny cups to large 20 or 24 ounce big cups found at convenience stores for soft drinks. They also come in various designs, including those for children's themed birthday celebrations, those bearing restaurant or store logos, and everyday designs such as flowers.
Hot cups are paper cups designed to hold hot beverages such as coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. They are specially made to withstand the heat that cold cups cannot. Hot cups can be insulated to help keep beverages warm. They come in a variety of sizes and designs. A recent development for hot cups has been the hot paper cup sleeve. This sleeve is slid onto the cup to help prevent fingers from getting burned by the heat of the beverage. Cold Cups are made to handle cold beverages only. They often have a waxy coating inside to keep the paper from becoming wet and collapsing from the absorption of liquid. Cold paper cups also come in several sizes and designs. The variety of designs on paper cups is endless.
As coffee shops are increasing worldwide, competition is often tough, and the disposable cup is often utilized as a promotional tool as well. To be effective, it is important to have a high quality print, which is easier done on paper. This is due to the different printing processes: on paper it is done prior to the cup forming process whereas in the case of Styrofoam and plastic cups, printing is done after the forming process.
As per Coffee Cup Advertising, those who are environment advocates don't need to worry about reusing paper cups. There are many ways to recycle paper cups. A paper cup can be used in a pinch as a funnel or as a pouring cup. To make a pouring cup simply take your fingers and crimp or pinch the edge of the paper cup to make a spout. To make a funnel out of a paper cup, take the cup and puncture the bottom of it close to the edge. Now it is ready to use.
why wont 4 ch. amp turn on?
I have a brand new 4 ch. JBL Amp which to be hooked up as my second amp in my car. The first amp turns on right away when my headunit turns on, but my second amp doesnt power on. I Connected the power to the same block the subwoofer amp is on, connected the remote wire to both the subwoofer remote wire and the headunit in 1 crimp sleeve. BUT DID NOT ground the 4 ch. amp, because i want to see if it works before i drill a hole in my car. The 4 ch. amp is brand new, never been used. could it be possible that it wont turn on because its not grounded? Cant think of anything else.
That's exactly what's wrong.
The electricity has to pass through the amp, to the chassis, then back to the battery. You have to ground it.
